  Jennifer helped us sell our cabin in Tahoe. She estimated the value of our place very well and she’s very responsive, great to work with. There were two things that could... read more have gone a little better: - highway 50 was closed the first two weekends after we listed. This hurt the number of viewings and caused our listing to sit idle for a bit. Had we anticipated this I think we would have Waited two weeks and had a better launch. - Our first buyer hit a snag with their financing, we gave them two extensions for a total of three weeks before finding out more detail. They then cancelled and we had to find a new buyer. I felt like Jennifer could have been more on top of this and not let it drag on for so long.
