This hurt the number of viewings and caused our listing to sit idle for a bit. Had we anticipated this I think we would have Waited two weeks and had a better launch. - Our first buyer hit a snag with their financing, we gave them two extensions for a total of three weeks before finding out more detail. They then cancelled and we had to find a new buyer. I felt like Jennifer could have been more on top of this and not let it drag on for so long.

Jennifer's relationships and local network were a huge help to tackling some last minute details we needed to take care of and above all we trusted her throughout this process. One example to note where Jennifer went above and beyond is she stayed at my house with our movers to close out the loading of the truck so we could get a head start on our long drive across country and took care of all the last minute items left behind.
